The Adoption Information Exchange and Recruitment Center (AIERC) was started in 2002 and is operated by the Coalition for Children, Youth & Families, with funding from The Wisconsin Department Children and Families.

CYF is an umbrella over adoption and foster care in the state of Wisconsin and we believe the best possible decision for adoption options is an informed decision. The goal of the AIERC website is to increase awareness of adoption as an option for unplanned pregnancies and to provide comprehensive information about all types and aspects of adoption.
